How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders to mainland Spain within 24-48 business hours. If you place your order before 5 PM, you'll most likely receive it the next day. International shipments may take between 48-96 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All payments are 100% secure.
Can I return a product?
Yes, but not on all the items. Please check our return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Just send us an email at boracafe@boracafe.es with the subject line RETURN, and we'll help you with the process.
Where do you ship orders from?
All our orders are shipped daily from our warehouse in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona), Spain.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is free for orders over €30 within mainland Spain. For international orders, shipping is free for orders over €130. These promotions cannot be combined with other discounts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship all across the European Union. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country.
Is your coffee natural? What kind of coffee do you offer?
Yes. Our coffee is 100% Arabica, with a medium-light roast and various processing methods (washed, natural, or honey). We only offer whole-bean coffee because it's the best way to preserve the authentic flavor of each origin.
What are tasting notes? Does my coffee have added chocolate, fruit, or hazelnuts?
This is a common misconception! Those notes are not added ingredients—the coffee is 100% natural. Tasting notes are the result of a sensory analysis of the coffee's sweetness, acidity, bitterness, and body. This process helps us describe its flavor profile, allowing us to discover the unique characteristics of each origin.
How can I preserve my coffee beans?
Our 250g bags include a degassing valve and a zip-lock seal. This helps preserve the coffee's natural aromas for longer and prevents oxidation. Plus, each bag is clearly labeled with the coffee's origin to help you easily identify each variety.
How long can I store my coffee?
If stored in a cool, dry place without sudden changes in temperature, your coffee can last for up to 2 years in its original, unopened packaging. However, once you've opened it, we recommend you use it within **2-3 weeks** to enjoy it at its peak flavor. This is why we offer 250g bags—they're the perfect size to maintain freshness, allowing you to grind your beans right before brewing.
