Return Policy

At Bora Café we handle coffee with the utmost care. Because coffee is a food product and cannot be resold once opened, we do not accept returns.

However, if you notice any of the following issues upon delivery (within 5 business days), contact us at boracafe@boracafe.es with a description and photos:

  • Package not received due to courier error
  • We made an error with your order
  • Package was open or poorly sealed and you noticed it before opening

Refunds will not be possible for the following reasons, although we will try to offer alternatives:

  • You cancel the order after it has left our facilities
  • The product is in optimal condition but you decide you no longer want it
  • The courier attempted to contact you several times (phone or SMS) without response
  • Any situation where neither Bora Café nor the courier is responsible for the return reason

Only accessories or non-consumable products are eligible for returns. To arrange such a return, contact boracafe@boracafe.es.
