Orders placed before 14:00 UTC are prepared and dispatched the same business day.

Canary Islands
- Cost: €15.99 (VAT included)

European Union
We ship from Spain to all European countries.
- Andorra: €17 (free on orders over €130)
- Zone 0: €15.50 (free on orders over €130) — Germany, Belgium, Metropolitan France, Italy
- Zone 1: €18.99 (free on orders over €130) — Austria, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Liechtenstein

Estimated delivery time within the EU: 4 to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Conditions
Delivery times are approximate and calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. They are expressed in business days (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays — national or local in Catalonia — are not considered).
Couriers generally do not deliver on weekends. If you need an urgent shipment, contact us at boracafe@boracafe.es and we will explore alternatives.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- High order volume
- Sales campaigns or promotions
- Adverse weather conditions
- Strikes or logistical incidents
3. Shipping Information Verification
Before confirming your order, ensure your name and full address are correct. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes. If you need to correct details, contact us immediately at boracafe@boracafe.es.
4. Order Tracking
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can use it to check the shipment status and manage delivery or redirect to a collection point.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems, notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing boracafe@boracafe.es.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered:
- Record the issue on the courier's delivery note
- Send us an email as soon as possible with photos and a description
