Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration of the subscription and the frequency you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription.

You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Order confirmation emails contain links to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but is not yet in inventory. We may not charge any payment or may charge a partial deposit at the time of purchase, store your payment method securely, and then process the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been prepared. If the order has already been prepared, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information regarding returns and refunds.
