PARCERO - Huila Coffee beans (Colombia)
From the heart of Huila, in the Andean region of Colombia, we bring you a coffee that captures the essence of the classic tintico—a beloved Colombian black coffee. It could have been named Opita, a term for the people of Huila, but it's such a perfect representation of Colombian coffee that it could only be called Parcero (a friendly term for "buddy" in Colombia).
This carefully crafted blend of local varieties—including the exclusive Cenicafé 1 or Castillo—results in a vibrant, well-balanced cup. It's fantastic as a simple espresso or in a latte.
On the palate, it delivers a natural sweetness and a juicy, fruity finish. With a silky body and a mellow, medium acidity, it's ideal in espresso with milk, where it fills your mouth with a smooth, flavorful character. Yet, it also invites you to experiment with more advanced brewing methods like a siphon or a V60.
