Scoring 85.25 points on the SCA scale, this is a high-altitude coffee (1200 masl) of the Arabica-Arará variety. The coffee cherries are handpicked one by one at their peak ripeness, followed by a meticulous sorting process to remove any defective beans. They are then dried using a natural process, which enhances their sweetness, adds body, and mellows the acidity.
